Welcome to FMCP, the FiveM Control Panel website operated by Venimo, a company based in Harlingen, The Netherlands. By accessing or using the FMCP website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not access or use the FMCP website.

Use of Services

FMCP provides a hosting and management service for FiveM game servers, as well as related tools and resources (collectively, the "Services"). You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

FMCP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement. You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Services.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services. You acknowledge that FMCP has the right to monitor your use of the Services and to terminate your access to the Services at any time in its sole discretion.

Privacy Policy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

Intellectual Property

FMCP and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the FiveM Control Panel (FMCP), except for certain components of the Services which may be owned by FiveM, GTA V, or Rockstar Games. You acknowledge that the Services, including certain components of the Services owned by FiveM, GTA V, or Rockstar Games, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Netherlands and other countries. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Services.

You may not use the FMCP name or logo without the prior written consent of FMCP. You may not use any trademark, service mark, or logo that is similar to or likely to be confused with FMCP's trademarks, service marks, or logos.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The updated Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting to the FMCP website, and your continued use of the Services after the updated Agreement is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. You should check this page regularly to ensure that you are aware of the most current version of this Agreement.

Termination

We may terminate your access to and use of the Services, in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you, including if you violate this Agreement or if we believe that your use of the Services violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests or the interests of another user or third party.

Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Services will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and FMCP the use of the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the Services.
